About Studio Cléion
Studio Cléion is a small ceramics practice built around slow, hands-on making — throwing on the wheel, hand-building, and testing glazes until the color feels right. Every piece carries the small marks of being made by hand: a slight wobble, a thumbprint in the clay, a glaze that pools a little differently each time.

How a Piece Is Made
From raw clay to finished glaze, every piece passes through a few unhurried stages.

Throw & Form
Clay is centered and thrown on the wheel, or hand-built for more sculptural forms.

Trim & Dry
Once leather-hard, each piece is trimmed and left to dry slowly before its first firing.

Bisque Fire
A first firing hardens the clay so it can safely take on glaze.
04
Glaze & Fire
Hand-mixed glazes are applied, then a final firing brings out their true color and texture.
